AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR AIR MONITORING IN THE PORTSMOUTH CIVIC <br />CENTER PURSUANT TO THE ASBESTOS 0 & M PLAN. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($50,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for air monitoring in the <br />Portsmouth Civic Center pursuant to the Asbestos O & M Plan. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on August 9, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
