AN OP, DINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING ARTICLE III SECTION <br />10-101 AND SECTION 10-114, PERTAINING TO VOTING PLACES FOR <br />PRECINCTS 17 AND 31. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 10-101 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-101. Precinct No. 17. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 17 shall be at the <br />Cradock United Methodist Church, at 24 Channing Avenue. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 10-114 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained no read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-114. Precinct No. 31. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 31 shall be an the West <br />Park Church of Christ, an 926 Cherokee Road. <br /> <br /> 3. That Ordinance No. 1994-47, as adopted on June 14, <br />1994, is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 4.
