UP-94-12 Begznning at the northeastern intersection of Detroit Street and Mt. Vernon Avenue; nhence north along the eastern right-of-way line of Mt. Vernon Avenue approximately 40 feet to a point; thence east 140± feet no a point; thence north 40± feet along the western edge of a 15 foot alley to a point; thence wesn 140~ feet to a point; thence south 40± feet along the easnern right-of-way line of Mt. Vernon Avenue no the point of beginning. 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) The building shall be used only as ~ church activities facility for the applicant and shall not be employed no expand the capacity of the applicant's sancnuary an 355 Mt. Vernon Avenue. The applicant shall obtain a commercial reinspection of the building and shall correct all deficiencies noted. The applicant shall install and maintain in good condition any fire safety items required by the Fire Departmenn including emergency lights, fire extinguishers, exit lights and smoke detectors. The occupant load of the first floor of the building shall not exceed thirty-seven (37) people, and the occupann load of the second floor shall not exceed hen (10) people. Alterations ~o the exterior of the building or no the properny, which would adversely affect the residential appearance of the properny, are non permitted. If, within six (6) monnhs of the issuance of the use permit, the applicant shall fail no comply with all applicable building and environmental codes affecting the extermor of the building, the use permit shall be revoked. The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain all necessary licenses and permits.
