of four (4) townhouse units located at 5645 Parish Lane <br />hereby granted to Herbert G. Drier, subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The proposed group housing project shall be <br />limited to four (4) townhouse units (one <br />building). <br /> <br />(b) Except as hereinafter required, the group <br />housing project shall be constructed in <br />accordance with Exhibits A and B, attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall use brick on the full front <br />facade of the two center units and 18-inch brick <br />skirting around the entire building. A revised <br />plan showing the placement of brick must be <br />approved by the Planning Director prior to site <br />plan approval. <br /> <br />(d) A landscaping plan showing a buffer strip <br />between the building and Parish Lane shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for <br />approval prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. The applicant and any successors in <br />interest shall be responsible for the <br />installation and maintenance of all landscaping <br />elements included in any such approved <br />landscaping plan. <br /> <br />(e) Shutters shall be installed in all windows (with <br />the exception of the bay windows)~ facing Parish <br />Lane. <br /> <br />(f) Any revisions to the site plan or landscaping <br />plan or evaluations made through the group <br />housing application process, including any <br />changes by City Council, must be submitted to <br />the Planning Department for approval prior to <br />the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />(g) The applicant shall be responsible for the cost <br /> and upgrading of utilities for this project. <br /> <br />(h) The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governments, and shall obtain <br />all necessary permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
