That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following Conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governments, and shall obtain <br />ail necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The facility shall be inspected annually by the <br />City Fire Department, Health Department and <br />Building Inspections. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The applicant shall install smoke detectors in <br />all bedrooms, hallways and kitchens. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />The applicant shall install six foot (6') <br />stockade fencing around the rear yard to buffer <br />the single-family residential uses. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Residents of the facility shall be limited to <br />five (5) mentally or developmentally disabled <br />residents, aged twenty-one (21) years or older. <br /> <br />(f) This use permit shall be non-transferable. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on November 22, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
