ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-95-23-B <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-60-K (Conditional), certain <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number <br />Z-95-23-B is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential RS-60 and Residential RS-75, and <br />that said property is hereby zoned as Residential RS-60 and <br />Residential RS-75. <br /> <br /> 2. That the properties affected by this ordinance by <br />being zoned from Residential RM-60-K (Conditional) to <br />Residential RS-60 and Residential RS-75 are described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-95-23-B <br /> <br /> Properties being zoned from Residential RM-60-K to <br />Residential RS-60: <br /> <br />Tax MaD Parcels <br />724 1 thru 43 <br /> <br /> Properties being zoned from Residential RM-60-K to <br />Residential RS-75: <br /> <br />Tax MaD Parcels <br />724 44 thru 83 <br /> <br /> 3.
