AN ORDINAIqCE ADOPTING A NEW CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN FOR <br />EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA. <br /> <br /> BE iT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That there is hereby adopted a new classification and <br />pay plan for all employees of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />said Plan to be entitled "City of Portsmouth Classification and <br />Pay Plan", to read as set out in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 2. That Ordinance No. 1995-62 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />1996. <br /> <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, <br /> <br /> AdOpted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on April 23, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
