AN ORDINA/~CE TO APPROPRIATE $223,000.00 FROM T~E PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR T~E PURCPIASE AND <br />INSTALLATION OF WATER SAMPLING STATIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $223,000.00 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Public Utilities Capital Improvement Fund <br />for the purchase and installation of water sampling stations. <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on September 24, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
