ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-96-07 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zonmng map autached uo and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Commercial C-i, the properuy described in Petition <br />for Zoning Amendment Number Z-96-07, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2-K <br />(Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as <br />Commercial C-2-K (Commercial). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned from Commercial C-1 to Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), ms <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-96-07 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Rodman <br />Avenue and Gum Drive; thence north 112'~ to <br />a point; thence, east 140'± to a point; <br />thence, south 112'± to a point; thence wesn <br />140'± to the point of the beginning. <br /> <br />3. That Zonmng Amendment Ordinance Z-96-05 is conditioned <br />upon the following as proffered by the applicants, Sidney H. <br />Jones and Alvin Urquhart: <br /> <br /> Land uses shall be limited to those proffered in a <br />letter dated May 28, 1996, from Sidney H. Jones no the <br />City of Portsmouth Planning Department, a copy of which is <br />identified as Exhibit A and attached hereto. <br /> <br /> 4.
