1996-45 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $750~000.00 FOR DESIGN AND RELATED <br />SERVICES FOR THE PITCHKETTLE ROAD RAW WATER INTAKE, PUMPING <br />STATION, AND MAIN. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $750,000.00 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from funds to be provided by the City of <br />Chesapeake for design, administration and inspection services <br />for the Pitchkettle Road raw water intake, pumping station and <br />main. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on July 9, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
