Portsmouth, Virginia, subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The group housing project shall be limited to 66 <br />residential units of single-family and duplex style <br />condominiums, as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br /> (b) The front facade elevations of each unit shall be <br />primarily of brick. Vinyl siding, stucco or stone may be <br />utilized as minor accent trim as shown on Exhibits B and C, <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof The ends of all units <br />shall be constructed with full brick facades. Substitution of <br />materials for the brick end facades may be approved by the <br />Planning Commission. Only premium grade vinyl shall be utilized <br />on any facade. <br /> <br /> (c) The proposed project shall comply with the proffered <br />conditions contained in Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-96-11 and <br />any subsequent amendments thereto. <br /> <br /> (d) The construction methods and materials of roads and <br />water and sewer lines shall be in conformity with city <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> (e) Any required revisions to the site plan, to the <br />landscaping plan, or to any elevation made through the group <br />housing application process, including any changes in response <br />to any requirements by the City Council, must be submitted to <br />the Planning Department for review and approval prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> (f) The applicant and any successor in interest shall <br />comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances and regulations <br />of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and <br />maintain in effect all required permits. Approval of the group <br />housing use permit in no way waives any requirement that <br />appropriate reviews, inspections, and approvals be obtained. <br /> <br /> 3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided <br />under Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (1988), the group housing use permit shall expire for <br />any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all <br />building permits for the entire project within one year of the <br />adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above <br />conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
