UP-96-18 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwestern <br /> intersection of Harris Road and Reid Street <br /> thence west 70 feet along the southern <br /> right-of-way line of Harris Road to a <br /> point; thence sounheast 100 feet to a <br /> point; thence west 124 feet to a point; <br /> thence northwest 100 feet to point; thence <br /> east 100 feet along the southern <br /> right-of-way line of Harris Road to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to <br /> eight children, no more than five of which shall <br /> be under 2-1/2 years of age. <br /> <br /> (b) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the <br /> hours of 5:30 A.M. through 6:00 P.M. Outdoor <br /> play hours shall be limited to the hours of 10:00 <br /> A.M. to 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> (c) Prior to occupancy and at least annually <br /> thereafter, the facility shall request an <br /> inspection by the Fire Prevention Bureau, the <br /> Public Health Department and the Building <br /> Official and shall correct any noted <br /> deficiencies. <br /> <br /> (d) The facility shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> (e) The use permit shall not be transferable. <br /> <br /> (f) The project shall be developed in accordance with <br /> the submitted site and floor plans, identified as <br /> Exhibits A and B and made a part hereof. The <br /> referenced plans may be modified as required for <br /> the purpose of the health and safety of the <br /> children, and any such changes shall be approved <br /> in advance by the Building Official or other <br /> appropriate City officer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
