<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> established adjacent to the rear parking lot and <br /> the residential structures on Parcel 2 as <br /> described in Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-96-11. <br /> A Landscaping Group 2 buffer shall be established <br /> adjacent to the east, adjacent to the residential <br /> structures on said Parcel 2 <br /> <br /> (f) Prior to applying for any building permits, any <br /> required revlsions to the site plan, landscaping <br /> plan, or elevations made through the use permit <br /> application process, including any changes <br /> required by the City Council, must be submitted <br /> to the Planning Director for consistency with the <br /> use permit and the above-referenced Exhibits. <br /> <br /> (g) The facility shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> 4.
