That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Occupancy shall not exceed 225 juvenile offenders <br /> in the minimum to medium risk category. An <br /> additional use permit shall be required for the <br /> expansion of occupancy or the physical plant, <br /> except parking areas. <br /> <br /> (b) The site layout shall be installed and maintained <br /> in accordance with the Preliminary Site Plan, <br /> dated September 16, 1996, identified as Exhibit A <br /> and attached hereto. Landscaping shall be <br /> installed in accordance with the Landscape Plan, <br /> dated September 16, 1996, identified as Exhibit B <br /> and on file with the use permit documents in the <br /> City Planning Department. <br /> <br /> (c) A minimum of 116 parking spaces shall be provided <br /> prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> (d) Any proposed revisions to the approved site plan, <br /> andscaping plan or elevations must be approved <br /> by the Planning Department as consistent with the <br /> site plan prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> (e) Ingress and egress shall be limited to Portsmouth <br /> Boulevard. <br /> <br /> (f) The facility shall be developed and operated in <br /> accordance with all other local, state and <br /> federal laws and requirements, and all required <br /> licenses and permits shall be obtained and <br /> maintained in effect. <br /> <br /> (g) The use permit shall not be transferable. <br /> <br /> (h) All applicable real estate taxes, personal <br /> property taxes, and business license taxes owed <br /> on or in connection with the property shall be <br /> timely paid. <br /> <br /> <br />
