breakfast inn to be located at 370 Court Street, being more <br />particularly described as: <br /> <br /> UP-96-14 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northwestern <br /> intersection of Court Street and Glasgow <br /> Street thence north 30 feet along the <br /> western right-of-way line of Court Street <br /> to a point; thence west 90 feet to a <br /> point; thence south 30 feet to a point; <br /> thence east 90 feet along the northern <br /> right-of-way line of Glasgow Street to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this Use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The applicant shall operate the inn in <br /> accordance with the requirements of Section <br /> 40-52.7 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br /> (b) No more than four (4) bedrooms shall be used for <br /> the bed and breakfast inn. <br /> <br /> (c) The applicant shall keep a guest register of all <br /> guest stays and shall make the register available <br /> for inspection to the City of Portsmouth at any <br /> time. <br /> <br /> (d) Only overnight guests will be served meals or <br /> light refreshments. The establishment will not <br /> offer commercial meal service to non-overnight <br /> bed and breakfast inn guests. <br /> <br /> (e) No addition or alteration shall be made to the <br /> exterior of the structure without approval from <br /> the Commission of Architectural Review. <br /> <br /> (f) Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit, the <br /> applicant shall provide or make arrangements with <br /> the City Traffic Engineer or by other means in <br /> accordance with the City Code to insure the <br /> availability of seven (7) parking spaces, either <br /> on site or within 300 feet of the site. <br /> <br /> (g) The use permit is issued to Anthony J. Dalla <br /> Villa and is not transferable. <br /> <br /> <br />
