UP-96-05 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point at the northwest <br /> corner of PortCentre Parkway and Henry <br /> Street; thence, west approximately 420 feet <br /> to intersection of the western edge of a <br /> closed portion of Fifth Street and Henry <br /> Street; thence, north approximately 544 <br /> feet to the southern right-of-way line of <br /> WAVY Street; thence, east approximately <br /> 420 feet to the western right-of-way line <br /> of PortCentre Commerce Park; thence, south <br /> approximately 545 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The tower shall not exceed 125 feet in height and <br /> shall be equipped to accommodate at least one <br /> additional user. <br /> <br /> (b) The style of the tower and the type of materials <br /> used to construct the tower shall be identical to <br /> the existing GTE tower and building in Cradock. <br /> <br /> (c) The exterior of the tower shall be unpainted <br /> galvanized or painted a color approved by the <br /> City Planning Commission. No other marking or <br /> lighting shall be used on the tower unless <br /> required by the Federal Aviation Administration <br /> (FAA). <br /> <br /> (d) The use permit shall become void if the tower <br /> becomes unused or obsolete. In the event that <br /> the permit becomes void, the tower must be <br /> removed within twelve months. <br /> <br /> (e) No signs or advertising may be attached to the <br /> tower. <br /> <br /> (f) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the <br /> applicant must submit plans to the Building <br /> Official which certify that the tower meets all <br /> requirements of the Building Code and EIA-22E, <br /> Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and <br /> Antenna Supporting Structures. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
