Boulevard is hereby granted, said property being more <br />particularly described as: <br /> <br /> UP-93-O3-M <br /> <br /> Beginning on the west right-of-way of <br /> Cavalier Boulevard 170' more or less north <br /> from its intersection with the north <br /> right-of-way of Tazewell Street; thence <br /> east 150' to the west right-of-way of <br /> Cavalier Boulevard; thence south along said <br /> right-of-way 150' to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That the application of Sandra Pinnock is granted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to a <br /> total of 86 children. No more than 65 children <br /> between the ages of 2-1/2 and 12 years of age may <br /> occupy the facility at any time. No more than <br /> 21 children under the age of 2-1/2 years of age <br /> may occupy the facility at any time. <br /> <br /> (b) An engineering site plan must be developed and <br /> approved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> the Code of the City of Portsmouth and all other <br /> applicable codes and regulations. <br /> <br /> (c) Security lights with dawn-to-dusk timer(s) shall <br /> be installed and maintained out of reach at the <br /> rear of the building. <br /> <br /> (d) Panic bars shall be maintained on the exit doors. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant must fully enclose the outdoor play <br /> area with a wooden privacy fence at least 6 feet <br /> in height. <br /> <br /> (f) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the <br /> hours of 6:00 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> (g) All outdoor play activities shall be conducted <br /> between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (d) Prior to occupancy by the children and at least <br /> annually thereafter, the facility shall request <br /> an inspection by the Fire Prevention Bureau, the <br /> Public Health Department and the Building <br /> Official and shall correct any noted <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
