AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,510,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A COMPUTERIZED <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM AT TWENTY-SIX (26) INTERSECTIONS ON <br />EFFINGHA~ STREET, GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGHWAY AND VICTORY <br />BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virclnla: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ten Thousand <br />Dollars ($1,510,000.00) be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvemenns Fund, for the <br />installation of a computerized traffic signal sysnem <br />at nwenny-six (26) intersections on Effingham Street, George <br />Washingnon Highway and Victory Boulevard. <br /> <br /> 2.
