AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $64,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE DEMOLITION OF THE LECKIE STREET <br />BRIDGE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of Sixty-Four Thousand Dollars <br />($64,000.00) be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvements Fund for the demolition of the Leckie <br />Street Bridge. <br /> <br /> 2.
