AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $676,415.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE NEW MONITORING AND <br />CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand <br />Four Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($676,415.00) be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Public Utilities Capital <br />Improvements Fund for the new monitoring and control system for <br />the Water Treatment Plant and the Phase III facilities <br />currently under design. <br /> <br /> 2.
