AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $106,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOCCER/BASEBALL <br />COMPLEX FOR THE WILSON LITTLE LEAGUE ADJACENT TO JO~l~ TYLER <br />ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Six Thousand Dollars <br />($106,000.00) be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvements Fund for the construction of a <br />soccer/baseball complex for the Wilson Little League adjacent <br />to John Tyler Elementary School. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on May 9, 1995. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
