UP-95-01 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the southeastern corner <br />of the property, identified as Lot 2 on a <br />plat entitled "Site Plan of 3118 Victory <br />Boulevard, Portsmouth, Virginia Proposed <br />"FLEA MARKET/USED CAR LOT", dated February <br />28, 1995, prepared by Stephen I. Boone & <br />Associates, P.C., Land Surveyors, and on <br />file in the Planning Department of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, thence in a <br />northeasterly direction along the existing <br />property line approximately 160 feet to a <br />chain link fence; thence in a <br />northwesterly direction approximately 163 <br />feet to an existing property line; thence <br />in a southwesterly direction approximately <br />175 feet to the nQrthern right-of-way line <br />of Victory Boulevard; thence in a <br />southeasterly direction along said <br />right-of-way approximately 175 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The site shall be buffered, landscaped and <br />marked to designate parking spaces and drive <br />lanes as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. Concrete bumper <br />blocks shall be installed, as shown on Exhibit <br />A. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />A six-foot high, dog-ear style wooden <br />screening or privacy fence shall be installed <br />as shown on Exhibit A. The fence shall be <br />constructed with boards at least six (6) <br />inches in width. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />A five-foot landscaping or planting bed, as <br />shown on Exhibit A, shall be constructed by <br />digging out the existing concrete to an <br />adequate depth and installing suitable soil. <br />Wax myrtle, 2-3 feet in height, shall be <br />planted at six-foot intervals. Plants shall <br />be maintained in good condition for the <br />duration of the use permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
