UP-95-22 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 176'± south of <br /> the southwest corner of the intersection <br /> of Rapidan Street and Greenwood Drive; <br /> thence, west 129'± to a point; thence, <br /> south 47'± to a point; thence, in a <br /> southeasterly direction 122'± to a point; <br /> thence, in a northerly direction 80'± to <br /> the point of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to no <br /> more than five (5) residents, who shall be no <br /> less than fifty-five (55) years of age or <br /> developmentally disabled. <br /> <br /> (b) Prior to occupancy and an least annually <br /> thereafter, the applicants shall request an <br /> inspection by the Fire Prevention Bureau, the <br /> Public Health Department and the Building <br /> Official, shall correct any noted deficiencies, <br /> and shall provide notice to the Director of <br /> Planning of continuing compliance with this <br /> requirement prior to December 31 of each year. <br /> <br /> (c) The applicants shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> (d) The use permit shall be for a period of five <br /> years, commencing with the date of adoption of <br /> this resolution, and shall expire at the end of <br /> that period. An application may be made for a <br /> renewal of this use permit an any time within six <br /> months preceding its expiration. <br /> <br /> (e) All real estate taxes, personal property taxes, <br /> and business license taxes owed on or in <br /> connection with the property shall be timely <br /> paid. <br /> <br /> 4. That NOTICE is hereby provided as follows: <br /> violation of any condition of this use permit may <br /> serve as a basis for revocation by City Council <br /> <br /> <br />
