UP-94-02 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast <br /> intersection of Channing Avenue and Harris <br /> Road; thence east along the southern <br /> right-of-way of Channing Avenue 200'; <br /> thence south along said right of way 175' <br /> to a point, thence west 100' more or less <br /> to a point; thence south 50' more or less <br /> to a point; thence west 100' more or less <br /> to the eastern right-of-way of Harris Road; <br /> thence north along said right of way to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That the amended use permit is approved subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The proposed play area shall be fenced by a <br /> six-foot high wooden "dog ear" style stockade <br /> fence. <br /> <br /> (b) Vehicular access to the play area shall be <br /> limited to the existing entrance to the facility. <br /> <br /> (c) Shrubs shall be planted between the fence and the <br /> right-of-way of the adjoining street. <br /> <br /> (d) All conditions previously established for the <br /> operation of the facility under Use Permit <br /> UP-94-02, approved by resolution of the Council <br /> of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, on February <br /> 22, 1994, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at meeting held on November 14, 1995. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
