UP-95-20 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of <br /> the intersection of High Street and Court <br /> Street; thence, west182'± to a point; <br /> thence, south 239'± to a point; thence, east <br /> 182'± to a point; thence, 239'± to the point <br /> of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to <br /> no more than thirty-eight (38) children. <br /> <br /> (b) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the <br /> hours of 6:00 A.M. through 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> (c) Prior to occupancy, the applicant shall submit <br /> and have approved by the City a parking plan that <br /> will accommodate five (5) vehicles. <br /> <br /> (d) Prior to occupancy and at least annually <br /> thereafter, the facility shall request an <br /> inspection by the Fire Prevention Bureau, the <br /> Public Health Department and the Building <br /> Official and shall correct any noted <br /> deficiencies. <br /> <br /> (e) The facility shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> (f) The use permit shall not be transferable. <br /> <br /> (g) The project shall be developed in accordance with <br /> submitted site and floor plans as approved by the <br /> City. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at meeting held on October 24, 1995. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
