That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) All exterior alterations to the site and to any <br /> building must be reviewed and approved by the <br /> Downtown Design Committee. The exterior of the <br /> former bus station shall conform to the elevation <br /> dated October 9, 1995, and submitted by the <br /> applicant (Exhibit A) . Said Exhibit A is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof.
