49 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY TWO PARCELS <br />OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE AREA OF THE REGIONAL JAIL SITE TO <br />PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, <br />authorized to convey two parcels of property located in that <br />area to be known as the Regional Jail Site to Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) with special <br />warranty of title as said property is hereinafter described: <br /> <br /> PARCEL 1 <br /> HATTONSVILLE BLOCK 555 <br /> CUL DE SAC AT THE END OF HYMAN STREET <br /> <br /> ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel <br /> of land, lying, situate and being in the <br /> City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being <br /> known, numbered and designated as "0.24" <br /> acres, as shown on that certain plat <br /> entitled: "Plat Showing Property Conveyed to <br /> City of Portsmouth from Carl E.
