ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-96-10 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-96-10, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being <br />zoned Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-96-10 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest intersection of <br /> Frederick Boulevard and Dahlia Street; <br /> thence, south along the western <br /> right-of-way of Frederick Boulevard <br /> approximately 280'± to a point; thence, <br /> northwest 105'± to a point; thence, north <br /> approximately 302,± to a point; thence, <br /> east along the southern right-of-way of <br /> Dahlia Street approximately 150'± to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That Joning Amendment Ordinance Z-96-10 is <br />conditioned upon the following as proffered by the owner, <br />Donald R. Baker: <br /> <br /> (a) The use of the property shall be limited to auto <br /> repair and wholesale. <br /> <br /> (b) The site shall be screened from the adjacent <br /> residences with stockade or other opaque fencing. <br /> <br /> (c) The site shall be developed in accordance with the <br /> approved site plan, identified as Exhibit A, attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
