AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) BY AMENDING SECTION 25-148 THEREOF <br />PERTAINING TO GOLF FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 25-148 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 25-148. Fees. <br /> <br /> Any person desiring to play golf shall first apply to the <br />golf professional of the golf course and pay, before starting <br />to play, such fees as may be established by the City Manager or <br />his designee. <br /> <br /> 2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on December 9, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
