No roof-mounted <br /> antenna may be visible from any street, no <br /> portion of the ground-mounted dish antenna may <br /> be higher than 18 feet above ground. <br /> <br /> (b) In any district beginning with a "C", "M", "P" <br /> or "W" prefix, no dish antenna may be located so <br /> as to be visible from any street. <br /> <br /> 3. That Table 40-43.1-1 of Chapter 40 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended to allow the use <br />"Communication Antenna" as a permitted use in all Residential, <br />Commercial, Industrial, and Downtown zoning districts, subject <br />to the requirements of Condition 59(b); and to allow the use <br />"Communication Tower" upon issuance of a use permit in all <br />Residential, Downtown, and Office Residential 0R-75, Commercial <br />C-1, Waterfront W-1, and Industrial M-2 zoning districts, <br />subject to the requlrements of Condition 59(a) and Parking <br />Group 24, as shown on Exhibits A, B, and C, attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 4.
