That Table 40-43.1-1 of Chapter 40 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended to allow the use <br />"Communication Antenna" as a permitted use in all Residential, <br />Commercial, Industrial, and Downtown zoning districts, subject <br />to the requirements of Condition 59(b); and to allow the use <br />"Communication Tower" upon issuance of a use permit in all <br />Residential, Downtown, and Office Residential 0R-75, Commercial <br />C-1, Waterfront W-1, and Industrial M-2 zoning districts, <br />subject to the requlrements of Condition 59(a) and Parking <br />Group 24, as shown on Exhibits A, B, and C, attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 4.
