(d) Every application or appeal granted or denied by the <br />board shall be accompanied by a written finding of fact <br />specifying the reason for granting or denying the application <br />or appeal. <br /> <br /> 4. That Tables 40-43.1-1 and 40-43.1-2 of the Code of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended and <br />reordained as shown on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 5. That Table 40-44-2 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended and reordained by adding <br />NOTE "g" thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br />g. Placement of accessory structures in <br /> front yards is prohibited. <br /> <br /> 6.
