R-97-37 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELLING THE REGULARLY-SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING OF AUGUST 26, 1997. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Portsmouth City Council will conduct a <br />retreat from August 24, 1997 through August 26, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council also has a regularly-scheduled <br />meeting on August 26, 1997. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the regularly-scheduled meeting for <br />August 26, 1997, be, and hereby is, cancelled. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on July 22, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
