UP-97-10 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Washington Street and Columbia <br /> Street; thence, east 90'± to a point; thence, north <br /> 55'± to a point; thence, east 90'+/- to a point; <br /> thence, north 60'± to a point; thence, west 90'± to <br /> a point; thence, north 20'± to a point; thence west <br /> 90'± to a point; thence, south 160'+/- to the point <br /> of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The facility shall be limited to a total of five (5) <br />residents. <br /> <br /> (b) The applicants shall provide three (3) off-street <br />parking spaces. A site plan shall be provided for approval by <br />the Director of Community Quality and Planning Services. <br /> <br /> (c) The applicants shall provide landscaping in <br />accordance with a plan approved by the Director of Communigy <br />Quality and Planning Services. <br /> <br /> (d) The applicants shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local <br />governments and shall obtain and maintain in effect all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> (e) The facility shall be inspected annually by the City <br />Fire Department, the Health Department and the Building <br />Official. <br /> <br /> (f) The use permit is issued to Jamal and Alanna Smith <br />and shall not be transferable. <br /> <br /> 4.
