(c) All vessels shall be Coast Guard certified for <br /> the intended use. <br /> <br /> (d) Water taxi operations shall be limited to an <br /> on-call service at all locations, and neither the <br /> applicant nor any successor in interest shall <br /> establish regularly-scheduled point-to-point <br /> service at any location within the City. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> 4.
