UP-97-11 Beginning on the south right-of-way line of Airline Boulevard a distance of 186.09 feet west from its intersection with Elmhurst Lane; thence continuing west along Airline Boulevard a distance of 360 feet to a point; thence south 188.35 feet to a point; thence west 132.73 feet to the east right-of-way line of Greenwood Drive; thence southerly along said right-of-way 681.95 feet to a point; thence east 151.40 feet to a point; thence southerly 170 feet to a point; thence southwest 14 feet to the north right-of-way line of Garwood Avenue; thence easterly along said right-of-way 566.03 feet to a point; thence northerly 135.73 feet to a point; thence easterly 111.03 feet to the west right-of-way line of Elmhurst Lane; thence northerly along said right-of-way 625.76 feet to a point; thence west 185.35 feet to a point; thence northerly 202.04 feet to the south right-of-way line of Airline Boulevard, the point of origin. 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) All activity must be conducted inside the building. (b) No noxious fumes, noise, odor, smoke or dust shall be emitted from the facility. (c) No outside storage shall be permitted on the site. (d) A landscaping plan for this project is required. Trees shall be planted by October 1, 1997 along Elmhurst Lane, Airline Boulevard, Greenwood Drive, and on the interior parking area to meet the Landscaping Group 3 requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. (e) Any exterior renovation shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Director prior to renovation. (f) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local governments, and shall obtain all necessary licenses and permits, if any.
