R-97-22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY TO <br />PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY ALL RIGHT, TITLE <br />AND INTEREST THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH MAY HAVE IN THE EASTERN ONE <br />HALF OF NASHVILLE AVENUE CLOSED BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 1974-20. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the City Manager of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia be, and he hereby is, authorized to convey all right, <br />title and interest which the City of Portsmouth may have in and <br />to the eastern one half of Nashville Avenue which was closed by <br />ordinance of the Council of the City of Portsmouth numbered <br />1974-20, and of which it has been conveyed the eastern one half <br />by deed of James W.
