UP-96-30 <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of <br /> the intersection of Airline Boulevard and <br /> Elmhurst Lane; thence, west 206.36'+/- to a <br /> point; thence, north 139.54'± to a point; <br /> east 206.36'± to a point; thence, south <br /> 139.44'± to the point of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The retail operation will be limited to the sale <br /> of portable buildings and pickup truck <br /> accessories. <br /> <br /> (b) A minimum of ten parking spaces shall be provided <br /> prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> (c) Any proposed revisions to the approved site plan, <br /> landscaping plan or elevations must be submitted <br /> to the Planning Department for consistency review <br /> prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> (d) The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and reculations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> (e) The use permit shall not be transferable. <br /> <br /> 4.
