Gross acre shall not <br /> include any public street right-of-way properly dedicated and accepted for <br /> maintenance by the City. <br />c) Minimum park size shall be 10 acres and 50 home sites. <br />d) For two-family dwellings, there shall be a minimum lot area of 10,500 square feet in <br /> the RM-75 and RT-75 districts and 8,500 square feet in the RM-60 district.
