AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $246, 470 FROM THE MENTAL <br />HEALTH SERVICES FUND FOR THE COMMUNITY SERVICES BOARD FY <br />1998-99 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $246,470 be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from <br />the Mental Health Services Fund for the Community Services Board FY 1998-99 Annual <br />Operating Budget. <br /> <br /> 2.
