<br />UP-97-26 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point 240'.:!:. south of the <br />southwest corner of the intersection Broad Street <br />and Woodrow Street; thence, west l40'.:!:. to a <br />point; thence, south 80'.:!:. to a point; thence, <br />east 140'.:!:. to a point; thence, 80'.:!:. to the point <br />of the beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to <br />no more than fifteen (15) children. <br /> <br />(b) No more than five (5) children under the age of <br />30 months may occupy the facility at the same <br />time. <br /> <br />(c) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the <br />hours of 6:00 A.M. through 6:00 P.M. Outdoor play <br />hours shall be limited to the hours between 10:00 <br />A.M. and 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />/'- --~ <br /> <br />(d) The facility shall be inspected annually by the <br />City's Fire Prevention Bureau, the Public Health <br />Department, and the building Official, and the <br />operator shall promptly correct any deficiencies <br />noted. <br /> <br />(e) The facility shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br />state and local governments, and the operator <br />shall obtain and maintain in effect all necessary <br />licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(f) The project shall be developed in accordance with <br />submitted site and floor plans as approved by the <br />City. <br /> <br />(g) Drop-off and pick-up of children shall be from <br />the alley at the rear of the facility. <br /> <br />(h) The use permit shall not be transferable. <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above <br />conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use <br />permit by the City Council. <br />
