2.5 Amendments. This Agreemem may be amended by written agreement of the <br /> <br />parties. <br /> <br /> 2.6 Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of its <br /> <br /> execution and delivery by the parties and will not,terminate until the parties mutually agree that <br /> <br /> no party is required to provide any services or satisfy any obligations under this Agreement in <br /> <br /> connection with the Project, which agreement shall be in writing. <br /> <br /> 2.7 Waiver. Any waiver by any party of its rights trader this Agreement must be in <br /> <br /> writing and shall not be deemed a waiver with respect to any matter not specifically covered <br /> <br /> therein. <br /> <br /> 2.8 No Discrimination. In carrying out this Agreement, the parties agree not to <br /> <br /> discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, color, religion, sex, national <br /> <br /> origin or disability. <br /> <br /> 2.9 Successors and Assigns. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to <br /> <br />the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto; provided, however, that <br /> <br />in no event may this Agreement or any of the rights, benefits, duties or obligations of the parties <br /> <br />hereto be assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of without the prior written consent of the <br /> <br />other, which consent neither party shall be obligated to give. <br /> <br /> 2.10 Third Party Rights. The rights and remedies available to PRHA and the IDA <br /> <br />under this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of CTA; provided, however, such rights granted <br /> <br />ro PRHA shall not exceed or serve to expand and rights which has under the CTA Agreement. <br /> <br /> PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
