R-98-46 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PARKING COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY AND THE <br />PORTSMOUTH INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that, in support of <br />the Hotel and Conference Center Project, the City Manager, for and on behalf of the City, is <br />authorized and directed to sign a Parking Cooperation Agreement with the Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority and the Portsmouth Industrial Development Authority. <br />The Agreement shall be substantially the same as that which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />by reference. <br /> <br /> This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />November 10, 1998 <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
