UP-98-10 <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 659'+ east of the intersection of <br />Victory Boulevard and Beazley Drive; thence, north 208 '+ to a <br />point; thence, east 183'+ to a point; thence, in a southwesterly <br />direction 208'+ to a point; thence, west 210'+ to the point of the <br />beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this use permit is approved subject to Lhe following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to fifty children, 2-1/2 <br />years of age and older. <br /> <br />(b) The project shall be developed in accordance with the submitted <br />site plan, identified as Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />(c) Outdoor activities shall be limited to between the hours of 8 A.M. <br />and 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />(d) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to between the hours of <br />6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Monday through Sunday. <br /> <br />(e) The facility shall annually request an inspection by the Fire <br />Department, the Public Health Department and the Building <br />Official and shall correct any noted deficiencies. <br /> <br />(f) The facility shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and <br />local codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local <br />governments, and shall obtain and shall maintain in effect all necessary <br />licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(g) All taxes and fees shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above <br />conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
