R-99-61 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PLAT, <br />DEED OF BARGAIN AND SALE, AND SUCH OTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE <br />REQUIRED TO CONVEY PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF-WAVY <br />STREET AND SECOND STREET (NOW CLOSED) TO PQRTSMOUTH <br />REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute a plat, a Deed of Bargain and Sale and other <br />documents as may be required to convey property to Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority at the southwest corner of Wavy Street and Second Street (now closed , as is shown <br />on the attached exhibit entitled- Exhibit S howing Property to be Conveyed to Wavy <br />Broadcasting, Inc., Portsmouth, Virginia", dated October 12, 1999, said property to be defined <br />by a subdivision plat to be recorded prior to its conveyance. <br /> <br /> Adopted at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia held on October <br />26, 1999. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
