_R-99- 60 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY AND EASEMENTS TO THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR THE PINNERS POINT INTERCHANGE PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to convey to the Commonwealth of Virginia ( Virginia <br />Department of Transportation) the following described properties and temporary easements as <br />follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Parcel 002 - Being as shown on Sheet 5 of the plans for Route 164 State <br />Highway Project 0164-124-FO4 RW201 and beginning on the east (right) side of exisling <br />MLK Freeway, (Rte 58) survey and construction centerline from the lands now or <br />formerly belonging to Frederick I. and Edith B. Thomason opposite approximate Station <br />16+19 to the existing south right of way line of existing Ramp "H" opposite approximate <br />Station 19+48 and containing 0.197 acre more or less, land. Together with the temporary <br />right and easement to use the additional areas shown as being required for the proper <br />construction of cut and/or fill slopes and a temporary sediment control basin, containing <br />0.289 acre, more or less. <br /> <br /> Parcel 003 - Being, as shown on Sheets 5, 6 & 7 of the plans for Route <br />164, State Highway Project 0164-124-F04, RW201 and beginning on the east (right) side <br />of existing MLK Freeway (Rte 58) Survey and construction centerline from the existing <br />north right of way line of existing Ramp "H" opposite approximate Station 20+78 to the <br />lands now or formerly belonging to the Commonwealth of Virgima opposite approximate <br />Station 32+60 and containing 0.810 acre, more or less, land; also beginning on the west <br />(left) side of Booker Street construction centerline from a point in the lands of the <br />Grantor opposite approximate Station 31+73 to the lands now or formerly belonging to <br />the Commonwealth of Virginia opposite approximate Station 32+11 and containing 0.002 <br />acre, more or less. <br /> <br /> Parcel 004 - Being as shown on Sheet 7 of the plans for Route 164, State <br />Highway project 0164-124-FO4, RW201 and beginning on the east (tight) side of MLK <br />Freeway (Rte 58) survey, and construction centerline from the lands now or formerly <br />belonging to the Commonwealth of Virginia opposite approximate Station 33+ 17 to the <br />existing south right of way line of present Roberta Street opposite approximate Station <br />34+02 and containing 0.019 acre, more or less. <br /> <br /> Parcel 010 - Being as shown on Sheet 7D of the plans for Route 164, State <br />Highway Project 0164-124-FO4, RW201 and beginning on the west (left) side of Quebec <br />Street construction centerline from the existing, north right of way line of present Quebec <br />Street opposite approximate Station 10+60 to the lands now or formerly belonging to the <br />Commonwealth of Virgmia opposite approximate Station 11+38 and containing 0.036 <br />acre, more or less. <br /> <br /> Parcel 026 - Being as shown on Sheet 12 of the plans for Route 164, State <br />Highway Project 0164-124-FO4, RW201 and beginning on the south (left) side of EB <br />164 construction centerline from the lands now or formerly belonging to Trusa Southern <br /> <br /> <br />
