R-99-58 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DEDICATE A STRIP OF <br />LAND FOR THE WIDENING OF CRAWFORD STREET. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia that the City <br />Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to dedicate a strip of land lying between County Street <br />and Columbia Street for the widening of Crawford Street by such deeds, plats or other <br />instruments as may be required to implement this resolution, said property being described as <br />follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> All that certain piece, or parcel of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, and being shown as 1671 square feet, or 0.0384 acres, on that certain exhibit entitled: <br />"Exhibit Showing Property to be Dedicated for Street Widening Purposes, Portsmouth, <br />Virginia", dated October 18, 1999, made by Stephen I.
