That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The occupancy of the daycare facility shall be limited to no more <br /> than one hundred nineteen (119) children. <br /> <br /> (b) The age range of the children shall be from three to five years of <br /> age. <br /> <br /> (c) Children must be participants in the Head Start Program. <br /> <br /> (d) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between <br /> 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Outdoor play <br /> hours shall be limited to between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (e) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with a fence at least four <br /> feet high. <br /> <br /> (f) The applicant must maintain at least (8) on-site spaces for staff <br /> parking. <br /> <br /> (g) All students must be bused to the site. <br /> <br /> (h) The facility shall comply with the submitted floor plan (Exhibit A) <br /> and site plan (Exhibit B) dated June 28, 1999. <br /> <br /> (i) The facility shall comply with the submitted building elevations <br /> (Exhibit C). <br /> <br /> (j) The facility shall submit to all required inspections by the City's <br /> Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building <br /> Official. <br /> <br /> (k) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, <br /> and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall <br /> obtain and maintain in effect all necessary licenses and permits, <br /> <br /> (l) All taxes and fees in connection with the subject property and <br /> operation shall be paid in a timely manner. <br /> <br /> REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
