R'99-44 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO COMMISSIONERS AND TWO <br />ALTERNATES TO THE TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT COMMISSION OF <br />HAMPTON ROADS. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Dr. <br />James W. Holley, III, Mayor of the City of Portsmouth, and City Councilman Cameron <br />C. Pitts be appointed commissioners of the Transportation District Commission of <br />Hampton Roads and that City Manager Ronald W. Massie and Robert P. Creecy be <br />appointed as alternates to the Commission. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the commissioners and the alternates shall <br />serve in their respective positions at the Pleasure of the City Council. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />August 10, 1999. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
