ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-00-05 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Cotmcil of the City of Portsmouth, VirgJma: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance wlfich now zones as Commercial C-2, Residential RM- <br />60, and Residential RM-75 the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendmem <br />Number Z-00-05, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Commerce Park CP and that said property is hereby zoned Commerce Park CP. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Commercial C-2, Residential RM-60, and Residential RM~75 to Commerce Park CP as <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-00-05 <br /> <br /> All that certain piece or parcel of land. lying and <br /> being situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, being <br /> bounded on the north by McLean Street, on the east by <br /> Greenwood Drive, on the south by tbe lands of the <br /> Greenwood Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, the <br /> United House of Prayer, Victory Boulevard, American Oil <br /> Company and Kay A. Chaplain et al (formerly Gulf Oil <br /> Company), and on the west by Cavalier Boulevard; said <br /> property being designated as Parcel I as shown on that <br /> certain survey entitled: "Boundary Survey of A Portion of <br /> Fairwood Homes, Property of Portsmouth Partners, <br /> Portsmouth, Virginia", said parcel containing 102.144 <br /> acres, and which survey is duly recorded in the Clerk's <br /> office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, in Map Book 17. at page 13. <br /> <br /> 3.
