That this use permit is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The seating within the restaurant shall be limited to 102 seats. <br /> <br /> (b) The hours of the operation shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to <br /> 12:00 a.m. daily. <br /> <br /> (c) All exterior modifications must be reviewed and approved by the <br /> Downtown Design Committee. <br /> <br /> (d) The structure shall be inspected annually by the City's Fire Prevention <br /> Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and <br /> regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and <br /> maintain in effect all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> (f) All taxes related to the subject property or the permitted operation <br /> shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4.
